It is the intent of the ILCS that it encourages the formation of regional Liquid Crystal Societies and, if possible, their Affiliation with the Society in which case their Representatives will sit on the Board of Directors. The objectives of Liquid Crystal Societies Affiliated with the ILCS must therefore coincide with the Society’s stated objectives. Every member of the ILCS shall be encouraged but not required to belong to a Affiliated Liquid Crystal Society.
