Board of Directors

A Board of Directors is composed of the officers, the regional representatives, and representatives from each liquid crystal society which is an affiliate society member. The officers of the ILCS are President, Past-President, Vice-President, Secretary, Membership Secretary and Treasurer. The President of the International Liquid Crystal Society serves as chairman of the Board. The term of office for each officer is four years. Each office has specific duties and is responsible for setting policy and strategy in their areas.
